WWE RAW Reaction - 4th of July Edition
Check out my great, good, bad, and pathetic from last night's RAW.
Great
- I know many probably thought it was dumb, but I really loved the opening food fight. It reminded me of scenes from the old WWF shows when was growing up. It was a holiday show, so i had no problem with a little fun.
- Finally they let Sasha Banks have some mic time and I thought it was great. She has a lot of charisma and her and Charlotte work well together. Should be good build to the PPV.
- I liked the build for the Wyatt vs New Day feud. Bray was every good in promos tonight and he made me interested to see the New Day go to the woods to find the Wyatt's at their house.
- I liked that Enzo and Cass joined Cena to feud with the Club. That's a paring that makes sense and should lead to good TV. I think the Cena vs AJ build has been very well done.
Good
- The 16 man elimination tag was slid, just long as hell. I was fighting sleep, can't lie. The winners baffled me. That list of talent and the sole survivors are The Big Show and Zack Ryder.
- I liked the Ambrose vs Miz and Rollins vs Ziggler matches.
- It was great to see Vickie Guerrero and she was entertaining in her role.
- I'm so glad Rusev beat Titus. This man belongs in the main event, not feuding with Titus O'Neal.
Brock Lesnar's opponent for SummerSlam will be announced on this week's SmackDown. Very interesting that they did nothing to promote Brock's fight with Mark Hunt at UFC 200 this Saturday night. But even stranger that ahead of this Saturday's outcome they are announcing his opponent for a PPV that doesn't take place until the end of next month. Strange company.
