Who Should win the Royal Rumble?
The 2016 Royal Rumble is four weeks away and there are a lot of questions about who will and who should win. Honestly, unlike any other year, i really am confused myself. Usually we have those one or two up and coming prospects who are on the brink of breaking through, or that star who has been held back who we want to see get a chance to main event Wrestlemania, or something, anything interesting to anticipate. But this year, I got nothing.
Now in a perfect world, my two choices would be Cesaro or Daniel Bryan, but both of them are out injured, so that's not happening. Smh.
Reigns is already the champion, so that changes the dynamic of who would be his opponent. So with that in mind, there are three true options in my opinion.

Last year at Mania, Reigns and Lesnar were having a really good main event title match, that never got a clean conclusion, as Rollins cashed in his MITB. So I could easily see Vince booking Lesnar to go into the Rumble and win it and go on to Mania to face Reigns. He never got his rematch with Rollins from when he was screwed.
But will it happen? Probably not.

I know, i know, we all are tired of this guy hogging the main event. But if you really think about it, Cena going to Mania and facing Roman Reigns in a passing of the torch type of match is exactly something Vince McMahon would dream of doing. But that crowd at Mania would SHIT all over it. LOL.
There has to be a reason that their first match was kept so short, and what better real story line would there be than to have Ambrose win the Rumble and face his best friend and "brother" at Mania. They could do so much with it, including turning one of them heel.
I think this is the best option for the long term. If you go with Brock, fans will want Brock to win and won't accept a Reigns win. If he wrestles Cena, fans will either shit on both, or cheer Cena over Reigns because Reigns can't hang with Cena on the mic. But if they roll with Ambrose, you have areal story that can continue even after Mania with one turning on the other, and even Rollins can be mixed in once he returns. That story has more legs.
But who knows. Injuries have changed everything, so everything is up in the air. Vince might have Taker win it and face Reigns. Biggest Mania ever, wouldn't shock me. Either way, I will be surprised for once. And for that maybe I should be grateful. I just wish I had that feeling that the next move is going to turn the company around. Cause I don't feel it.
