I am too excited for this main event. Both Faber and Edgar always have exciting fights, and I am looking forward to this one.
Frankie Edgar is looking to extend his 3-fight win streak. He is coming off a fifth-round submission win over Cub Swanson at UFC Fight Night 57 in November. He is 3-2 in his last five fights.
Urijah Faber is looking to extend his 2-fight win streak. He is coming off a second-round submission win over Francisco Rivera at UFC 181 in December. He is 4-1 in his last five fights.
The fact that the fights come on early in the morning is a good thing every once in awhile, and it will be nice to wake up Saturday morning to some good UFC action.
