CC's Take: Don't Become Numb to the Foolishness
If you didn't realize it, the man elected to be President of the United States in 2016, is an idiot. I know, some of you reading this will say I am being disrespectful to the office of the presidency by calling Trump out of his name, but here's your chance to click off this article and go fuck yourself. That's right, no censorship here, no playing nice, this shit is important and too many people are becoming numb to the disgraceful display coming from Pennsylvania avenue everyday.
Sure we can take this so many different directions, but this week, let's focus on the fact that Trump revealed openly and blatantly just how little he really gives a fuck about the job he was elected to do. In fact, he outright said, as long as ratings are good and people are talking, he's done his job. He's a fucking clown in the center ring at the circus. And so many people are just so tired and worn out from the endless bullshit, that they just tune it out.
The highlight for many over the past week will be when he blamed Democrats for his own policy of separating kids from undocumented migrant parents. But for me, Trump's impromptu press conference at the White House on Friday was the real story. You know, cause whenever he opens his mouth, your sure to get a lot of bullshit coming your way. The key was when He was so confident and being so cocky, that he gloated to reporters that he believed North Korean dictator, whom Trump would love to be just like, Kim Jong Un would follow through on vague commitments to denuclearize. But then the dumbest President in U.S history said he would just change his story if the North Korean leader fell short.
"I may stand before you in six months and say, 'Hey, I was wrong.' I don't know that I'll ever admit that, but I'll find some kind of an excuse," Trump said. That's your President, a fucking con-man. In a Fox News interview on Friday, he noted that when Kim speaks "his people sit up at attention," adding, "I want my people to do the same."
Trump's excuse makers and apologists often accuse the media of taking the President's words too literally or of mistaking his sarcasm for intent. Then they will say, well the economy is good, you know, cause to people with privilege (usually white privilege), money is all that really matters. But don't fall for those bullshit excuses. He means everything he says, and he's too stupid to know the difference between being a straight shooter and a egotistical fool who lacks tact and discretion. He has no empathy or professionalism. He's a disgrace to the office, and way too many people are just getting numb to the idiot so they say stuff like, "Oh that's just Trump being Trump". What? He's the fucking President of the United States. He's a joke and our country is now seen as a joke.
Whenever the media fact checks his many lies or points out the clear and utter shit he spews and represents as truth, you know what go to line he's pulling out, "fake news". But it's really just a buzz phrase he uses to cover his bullshit. I don't need to put words in his mouth. Just read his own quotes from that Fox and Friends rant from Friday. Here is what he said to the people whom are supposed to be unbiased journalist, but are instead his cheerleaders.
That was all I needed to see from your reality tv star elected President. He's a fucking disgrace, but a dangerous person who needs to be taken very seriously. People are becoming so used to this idiot making outlandish, disrespectful, and insensitive comments that I'm afraid the crowd he's marketing himself to, you know morons, may actually get the guy reelected. Wake the fuck up and pay attention!!
It's primary voting season in different areas across the nation. Get informed. Read up on the candidates and issues that are impacting our communities. Policies are being changed due to people not giving a fuck enough, therefore others are getting to dictate changes that effect your life. All because we are not paying attention. Don't let that idiot numb you to the fact that real shit needs your attention and who we elect as our officials matter. Even if they are not perfect candidates checking every box that you want as your rep, consider alternatives and how some can certainly be worst than others. Right now, we got the worst.

- "You're having a lot of fun, right? Suppose Hillary got elected instead of Trump, you think it would be so exciting?"
- "I don't get to watch much television. I study ratings."
