What You Should have Watched Last Night:
Tuesday Night 10-27-15
With the baseball Playoffs airing on FOX, Grandfathered and The Grinder were off this week, but we did enjoy three great shows, including the premiere of Wicked City on ABC.
Last night's episode of The Flash was the best of the season. So much happened, but the biggest news was the return of Harrison Wells, who saved Barry from death at the hands of the Shark Monster. Well, it looks like Harrison Wells, but it turns out that he's the Wells from Earth 2. I'm super excited to see what happens next week.
Another revelation was the fact that Iris' mother is not only dying of a disease but that she had a child 8 months after she left Joe. I have my suspicion on who the child is, especially given the intro of a new black character last night..... but I will save that theory for next week's Flash-Back show with Kevin DeShields.
Episode Rating: Excellent

The premiere episode of Wicked City on ABC, was a mixed bag in my opinion. The show reminded me of a mix between Dexter and Aquarius that aired on NBC over the Summer. I wasn't really blown away, but I was intrigued. It follows a serial killer, who is crazy and on the loose, being hunted by the Police. He has a soft spot in his heart for kids, and that will be his Achilles heel.
It was alright. Just felt too much like a retread of shows I have seen not too long ago. I will continue to watch and give a better assessment as things progress.
Episode Rating: Solid start

Well, Kelly got burned again last night on Chicago Fire. This guy has the worst luck with women. Why can't he find a loyal girl he can build a life with. Smh. But no, she betrayed him and sold out the fire house to her law firm.
I loved the ending where Boden went hard and accused the Developer of bring dirty after Dawson presented him with evidence. But when they went to produce the evidence, it was gone, with no trace left behind. I like this angle. Corruption within the fire department. better than the stupid murder investigations that have plagued the show the last few seasons. I can't wait for next week.
Episode Rating: Very Good
