TOP FIVE SHOWS
OF THE LAST WEEK
NUMBER FIVE
Westworld - HBO
Not the best episode but a lot of important shit happened, including William killing his own daughter, believing she was a host created by Ford. Plus Teddy killing himself so he doesn't have to do Delores' bidding anymore. Bernard gave away a lot ot key insight in this episode and it will be interesting to see how this all plays out.
NUMBER FOUR
The Affair - Showtime
The season 4 premiere focused on Noah and Helen in their new life in California. What has always made this show great is the two perspectives of the same story, and many times how vastly different they are. This was a great example, as it makes the viewer have to choose which version is most likely the closest to the truth. Through Noah's eyes, he's always wronged or the victim. To Helen, Noah's the asshole. It's so interesting to see. Good start.
NUMBER THREE
Naked and Afraid XL - Discoverey
GARY TOOK A SHIT IN THE BOMA!!!!! LOLOLOLOL!!! This idiot just kept eating that spoiled meat and talking shit, until it finally caught up with his dumb ass!!! And that selfish chick Lacey got exactly what she deserved too, and quit like a whiny loser! I loved this episode.
NUMBER TWO
Claws - TNT
This week they really touched a serious subject with Virginia and Dean choosing to abort their baby. Dean is a very interesting character and I think they could really flesh out his background a bit more and make him a focus. I loved it when he proposed with the ring pop!! Jennifer's mother trying give Bryce a blowie was insanely hilarious!!! This show is always entertaining.
THIS WEEK'S NUMBER ONE
Succession - HBO
The old man is hilarious!!! Shiv was stupid for selling off more of the company but what was he really supposed to do? The debt they were facing was enormous and he didn't exactly leave detailed instructions on what should be done if the bank came looking to collect. But maybe he had money stashed away off the books to cover the debt and only his wife knows about it, which is why he wanted her in charge of the company. I love the power and political dynamics this show presents and it's so many interesting things unfolding. Including how the company's competition was seen talking to the guy who just bought a major share of the company and bailed them out. Yea I love this show!!
