What You Should have Watched Last Night:
Wednesday Night 9-30-15
Check my review of Wednesday night shows I was able to watch. I was so busy I didn't get to watch Black'ish, Your'e the Worst and The League yet, but I will catch up and be back next week with double reviews of those shows.
Check out my review and rating below.

Survivor had a hell of a shocking elimination last week, but this week you could see it coming a mile away and it was still great. Shereen was annoying her first season and just as bad this time, and I'm so glad they voted her ass off quick.
I just glad that Jeremy and Tasha appear to be in a good spot and are setting themselves up to do pretty well this season.

This weeks Empire was better than last week, but still just too all over the place for my liking. This was a major compliant of mine with the season finale last year and the show continues to have the same issue. Throwing too much plot line into one episode is just unwise and it weakens the overall story line importance.
On the positive note, I was happy that Cookie decided to step out of Lucius's shadow and start her own company with Andre and Hakeem. Of course we knew that news wouldn't go over to well, and it does give us a lot more story line opportunities.
Luda would have been so much better in that role they gave Chris Rock, but I loved his performance last night. Great casting as the fake Christina Milian was bad too. My my. And Bubs as a lawyer? Lol. And a quick cameo by Kelly Rowland. My my my.
Andre continues to be a bitch, and I'm glad Lucius told his punk ass to go swim. Should be interesting now that Lucius is out and hopefully the show picks up.

Law and Order SVU centered on the issue of peer pressure, which a lot of youth are facing today. It also featured a cross-dresser getting hassled by a group of kids. Tough subject, but hate is hate, I don't care how good of a kid the culprit is.
Very well balanced story and its episodes like this that give this show the longevity of greatness it has had for so many years. It touches on subjects that you hear about but rarely see play out. Black Cindy was great in a different type of role for her and I was happy she was able to show her versatility.
